At Impressions Outlet, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
